I conduct individual, couple, and family therapy by creating a non-judgmental space for you to explore your understanding of yourself, your experiences, and your relationships.  This is a collaborative process through which I offer my observations, support, feedback and expertise so that you can make and sustain the necessary changes in your life. I aim to understand your unique experiences and needs and work with you to tailor your treatment so that you can achieve your therapeutic goals.
