Relationship in Transition Group 

A process and personal growth group for those who are:

• In any stage of a separation or divorce process
• Pondering/questioning/thinking about the future of their long-term committed relationship (not limited to marriage)
• Adjusting to the end of a long-term relationship
• Working on reconciliation 
• This group can complement and support your individual therapy and is open to all genders.

What to expect: 

• You will have an opportunity to discuss your experience with others who are going through similar changes/adjustments.  
• Reduce your isolation.  Find connection, support, and encouragement. 
• Share and hear different perspectives in a safe space.

Time, Place, and Fee:

• Facilitated by Amy Luzar, MSSA, LISW-S
• Every other week meetings 
• Virtual meetings on Zoom 
• Fee - 135.00 per group meeting (60 minutes)

How to join: 

  All prospective group members are required to participate in a 15-minute phone consultation at no cost. In this conversation we will discuss the group and expectations in more detail, answer any questions, and determine whether participating in the group might suit the prospective members’ needs.

Group members will need to complete a New Client Form found on the forms page.

For a paperless option, all forms can be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader which will allow you to fill and sign the forms.  It is a free program and can be downloaded from Adobe. Please follow the instructions for installation. Please email, mail or drop off the forms before starting group.
