Relationship in Transition Group 

A process and personal growth group for:

• Those who are in any stage of a separation or divorce process
• Those pondering/questioning/thinking about the future of their relationship including marriages and committed long-term relationships 
• Those who are adjusting to the end of a long-term relationship
• Those who are working on reconciliation 

What to expect: 

• You will have an opportunity to discuss your experience with others who are going through similar changes/adjustments.  
• Reduce your isolation.  Find connection, support, and encouragement. 
• Share and hear different perspectives in a safe space.

Nuts and bolts:

• Facilitated by Amy Luzar, MSSA, LISW-S
• Every other week meetings 
• Virtual meetings on Zoom 
• Fee - 135.00 per group meeting 

How to join: 

  All prospective group members are required to participate in a 15-minute phone consultation at no cost. In this conversation we will discuss the group and expectations in more detail, answer any questions, and determine whether participating in the group might suit the prospective members’ needs.

For a paperless option, all forms can be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader which will allow you to fill and sign the forms.  It is a free program and can be downloaded from Adobe.  Please follow the instructions for installation.  Please email, mail or drop off the forms before starting group.
