I am a Therapist and a Relationship and Divorce Coach. My clinical focus is on Couples Therapy, Individual therapy, Family Therapy, and Collaborative Divorce Practice.
I provide a safe, welcoming and caring space in which we can develop a therapeutic relationship. We work together to increase self-awareness, strengthen relationships, improve communication and coping skills, and make meaningful changes in your life.
I balance acceptance, compassion, empathy, and support with challenge and motivation. I want to help you leave your comfort zone to make room for growth. I have learned the best thing you can give someone is care, and that the process supports the outcome.
